NEW YEAR BABIES GIVEN A WARM WELCOME

New Year babies were welcomed with joy as King Cetshwayo District Municipality extended a special visit to Queen Nandi Hospital in Empangeni to witness the fruitful start of life and shower them with gifts. The delegation was led by District Mayor, Hon Cllr A.T Ntuli, King Cetshwayo Deputy Mayor, Cllr S.Z Dlamini, and speaker of Council Cllr S.H Mkhwanazi.

The aim of the visit was to ensure that children spending time at the hospital still feel joys of the Happy New Year. Mayor Ntuli described welcoming babies at the arrival of the new year as the happiest thing to mark a new start and bring about hope in the parent’s life. He further applauded healthcare staff for ever working with compassion and dedication in caring for patients.

King Cetshwayo District Municipality has been working tirelessly throughout the festive season to bestow Christmas warmth by visiting several public healthcare facilities in all 5 local municipalities of the King Cetshwayo District.
