ANNUAL REPORT FOR KING CETSHWAYO DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY 2023/2024
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 127(5)(a) of the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA), 56 of 2003, which states that: "Immediately after an annual report is tabled in the council, the accounting officer must, (a) in accordance with section 21A of the Municipal Systems Act - (i) make public the annual report; and (ii) invite the local community to submit representations in connection with the annual report."
The King Cetshwayo District Municipality’s Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2024, was adopted by Council on 23 January 2025 (KCDMC:3022/2025) and is therefore open for inspection during normal office hours for a period of 14 days from this publication and such period will end on 14 February 2025.
The document can be inspected at the following venue: King Cetshwayo Municipality - Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi House, Ground Floor, Security Desk, Krugerrand Street, Richards Bay, CBD or on the municipal website: www.kingcetshwayo.gov.za
